Lower Mainland Consolidation (LMC) is an innovative approach to improve efficiency across health organizations in select non-clinical and clinical support areas. Fraser Health (FH), Providence Healthcare (PHC), the Provincial Health Services authority (PHSA), Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) and the Ministry of Health launched the initiative in August of 2009. LMC has achieved significant quality improvements, standardization and budget savings. Generating these efficiencies maximizes the resources that can go to direct patient care and supports a sustainable, publicly-funded healthcare system in Vancouver.

The provincial government has appointed the LDB to be the sole wholesale distributor of non-medical cannabis. The LDB will also be the government retailer of non-medical cannabis in British Columbia, and will be setting up separate, standalone cannabis stores.

In its official announcement on February 5, 2018, the government outlined a framework for retail sales and the regulation of non-medical cannabis.

Our database consultant coordinated with analytical team and collect all technical requirements and created PL/SQL procedures to process data related to financial transactions such as Journals accounting, balance, inventory and cash management including complex inter-company related postings. Moreover, she developed all guidelines to design an effective database for Financial Consolidation Hub (FCH), FCH is in-house built EDW like Batch process system to reconcile financial retail & wholesale sales and returns transactions using ETL & PL/SQL technology on Oracle platforms.

Our PHP consultant migrated e-Commerce application Marketplace to new AWS EC2 instance. It’s written in Laravel MVC framework with Nginx, Soap APIs, dashboard reports, console applications, and ftp interfaces components. Moreover, she applied comprehensive domain knowledge of server-side application support and provided end user all aspects of technical support of eCommerce applications including troubleshot reported application errors and developed and executed fixed scripts for future operational support. Participated as key recourse to ensure successful and timely technical implementations and process adhesion related to analysis, designs, development, rollout, and support of eCommerce applications.
